Chapter Structure UOCA is governed by a Board of Trustees consisting of 12 members elected by the membership. The terms of office are staggered over two years so that approximately half of the trustees are elected every year. A thirteenth member is elected by our college affiliates. The Board of Trustees or Executive Board meets monthly. An Executive Committee consisting of a Chairperson, Chair-Elect, Treasurer, Secretary and YPO President, manage the day-to-day operations of the chapter. The Board of Trustees is empowered to appoint an Executive Director. At this time, the board has not elected to do so. The Executive Committee is elected by the Board of Trustees from the membership of the Board of Trustees.
